The Cross D Brand We sell the " Appendix" breed of horse. These horses are Thoroughbred-Quarter Horse crossed bloodline. They are all registered in the "American Appendix Horse Association." We stand one of the first registered Appendix stallions, "Catcha Blue Jet" Our horses are raised in the mountains and used on a working cow ranch. You will see pictures of the Bitterroot Mountains in Lemhi county Idaho where we run cattle and ride our horses. Our horses have good feet, can stand up in the mountains and on trails, have good minds, great confirmation and heads, beautiful color and make great horses in and out of the performance arena. Ranch horses can perform in the arenas, but you can not take an arena trained horse and go for a ride in the mountains. We ride into rivers, threw the timber up and down very steep mountains. We ride into swamps, around rattle snakes, bear, moose and elk. These horses see and hear it all.

| "Lemhi Bullet" 3 year old Appendix gelding, sold to Jason Masina of Spanish Springs, UT. |
| Jason purchased "Lemhi Bullet" from us in the fall of 2003. The colt was a 2 year old at the time and had 30 days under saddle. He hauled him back to Spanish Springs, Ut and rode him a few times that fall and turned him out until the spring of 2004. He then started riding him in gymkhanas and in this parade carrying a flag. He wrote to us and sent this picture and says "Everyone wants to know where I bought this great young gelding. He is wonderful and I have been having a great time riding and performing with him, we want more of these great horses!" |
| Roping a calf off of our stallion is a cinch. If you can rope in the open, these horses can make great performance ropers. |

| You can see the mountains range we ride in located behind the green pastures. We just came off of the Sandy Creek Ranch and have just put the cattle into this pasture. |

| Pushing the cattle into the pasture on the stallion. We use dogs and if you buy one of our horses, dogs running around will not be a problem. If you have ever went riding with a horse that wants to shy or buck because of someone dogs, you wil appreciate the fact we have dogs around even the colts. |

| Riding the stallion and two geldings out of this stallion. The brown colt on the left has 10 rides on him and he is working in the mountain already. The roan on the left of Catcha Blue Jet is Silver George, a registered Appendix. He is in his second year on the range and is great to ride. He is willing and able for any riding job. |
